Another day down at the Workmans. Isaac fell asleep on the couch at 5:00 tonight. By 5:30 I decided that it was for the night, and moved him upstairs to his bed. It's 10:45 pm, so far, so good. I went to enrichment tonight, it was so nice to get out with only 1 baby, enjoy our new building, and get dinner--it was mac and cheese with dad tonight for the kids. The girls have school off tomorrow, and Mon. and Tues. too. Thank goodness no Japanese holidays fall in the next few days, the boys will still go. With just the girls home I think I should be ok. I actually really enjoy a little time with just the girls once in a while, we can do a craft or sew a little with out all the boys help.

Adam has the day off tomorrow for Veterans day. Nice thing about the military is that we observe all the holidays. Tomorrow Adam and I are going to knock our long run out first thing, we should be up to 12 mi. Then we're going to come home and go camping overnight at Myajima. NO MARSHMALLOWS!! Duchess should enjoy getting out, she really likes to jump up and catch sparks from the fire in her mouth. It's pretty entertaining to watch. Emma freaks out, worried she'll burn herself.

So last Sunday night I had my Japanese friend over, Yumi, (a lady in our branch) to celebrate her birthday. While eating cake at the table, I felt something sticky on my bare feet. I reached down to see why it was sticky on the edge of the rug, lifted the rug a little, and found a sticky, syrupy, peanut buttery plate. It had been days since we'd had anything with syrup for breakfast!! You just never know what kind of suprises you'll find at our house!!
