XC has started at PMS...
Nice acronym for Portsmouth Middle School, huh? Funny. Emma joined the school Cross Country team this week, and we're taking a break from swim team for a season. I'm very pleased, she's made new friends and it's right after school for only 1 hr! (much easier than swim 4x week for 2 1/2 hrs!! and on the other side of the island) She had her first meet on Tuesday, and came in #7 out of 95 girls from 3 schools ages 6-8th grade. She e came home very pleased w/herself. Sarah has gone back to gymnastics instead of swim for this year as well.

The kids were all very pleased to finally get some pix of their Daddy yesterday. Luke went into repeater mode with: "muh dahee, muh dahee, muh dahee" all morning.
This pic below is Jakes favorite, because Adam's 9 mm is so visable. He was pretty impressed with it. He's our one that is sometimes a little too facinated w/guns. He asked this morning, "Daddy has a gun so he can shoot monsters?"

Hope all is going well with Adam! Emma is such a cool kid- so motivated! She could whip my butt in basically any activity- probably Will's, too.
Good for Emma. I now wish I would have run in high school. We could have run together. Good luck on your upcoming marathon.
Way to go Emma! My kids liked the pix of Adam too. And we love the baby kitties. Very fun.
